Comment cuisiner des "moules marinières" sans utiliser de vin blanc? Je voudrais savoir quel ingrédient peut remplacer sachant que je ne veux pas utiliser d'alcool.

Les moules ne s'appelleront peut-être plus marinières, mais seront délicieuses quand même si vous les faites ouvrir dans du court- bouillon de poisson, sans alcool, mais en ayant fait cuire préalablement des petits morceaux de céleri et d'oignon dans ce court-bouillon, ou bien en ajoutant un peu de crème fraiche en fin de cuisson.
